A top notch financial services firm has a need for a Director of Facilities and Office Services. The ideal candidate has significant facilities management experience and college degree, in addition to the ability to interact with C Level executives on a regular basis. This role manages the mailroom, facilities and office upkeep and requires extensive experience working vendors and HVAC systems.
This role oversees the following functions:
• Inventory (Office Supplies) and track all office supplies
• Billing – Responsible for approving all bills relating to inventory / facilities
• Procurement. Responsible replenishing any stocked items
• Distribution and record keeping of all keys and building passes.
• Tracking of all envelopes, customized mailers, Prospectuses, Annual reports
• Weekly / Monthly Fulfillment mailing and logging all overnight packaging
• Tracking all delivery services (75 to 100 couriers)
• Tracking and maintaining all maintenance on fax and copier machines
• Tracking all inquiries going into Office Services
• Working with building representatives regarding any issues.
• Cleaning (conference room, lunchroom, changing light bulbs….)
Requirements:
• At least 8 - 12 years related work experience, at least 3 - 5 years supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Bachelor`s Degree is required
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Word & Excel
Location: NYC
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 plus bonus
